Office Farewell

Purpose:Looking for a Job

On a winter afternoon, a guy riding his scooter (not to mention:1065 CC) wearing formal clothes (which he hates the most),carrying his life time assets (i.e. Education Documents) reachedQL2 Softwares India.

 

## "There will be a written test" The HR said.......A thought of returning home crossed my mind.." Not Again " i said...But somehow i attempted a few questions and was able to clear it (may be by grace marks)....

 

## "Hi My name is Sudhir..Please come for the interview" A senior person said.

As i entered the room there was another senior person in the room..." Hi i am Yogendar Kumar"- He Said...I was completely blank after realizing that nor one but two people will be ripping me apart for the next few minutes.

As predicted ,tons of questiones were fired at me and somehow i was able justify all the degrees i was carrying proudly with me.

##"You are selected"...The HR said on the phone....I thought of asking her to repeat these words to my dad, as i knew he wont believe me,thanks to all the wrong marksheets i have shown him in the past.....

Finally on 1st December,2009 i joined QL2 Softwares as Quality Analyst.....

 

## I swear on Geeta (not the girl but on the holy book) that whatever i am going to say next, i really mean it.

I have actually met people in QL2 ,who have played a major role in making me what i am today....Trust me i had never even thought of becoming such a confident person ever, and i truely believe "once you start believing in urself,you'll be amazed at how much easier life becomes".

## I would love to share my thoughts about the people i met in QL2.There are few people in the list who are not currently in QL2 but have contributed a lot in my professional & personal development.

1] Sudhir Kantiwal: The person whom i think really believed in himself.Smart,Confident,Emotional are the few words which describes him the best.On the lighter note i will remember him for the word he used after every conversation and to appreciate everyone for their work.."COOOOL":-D.Thank you sir for being there with me in my tough time.
2] Atul Sharma and prashant Gupta: The reason i am writing about them together is because i have never seen them without each other in Ql2.Be it in cafetaria,smoking zone,or even Washroom :p.These are the guys with whom i have spent most of my time in QL2.Thanks atul for guiding me all the way and prashant please buy a bike as me and my bike (not to forgett my scooter also) are tired of carrying you.

3] Ramendra Mall,Praveen Gupta,Kiran Malik:They were my seniours in the QA Team and Unselfishly have helped me all this time.I dont remember a single instance (which is actually very strange) when any of them have refused me for any help i needed.I have always seen ramendra and kiran with a smile on their face..i wish i could say the same for you praveen sir.:p, but you are very nice from heart and a professional from work.

4] Himanshu,Sachin singh,Barkha,Sonia Gangwani: They were my colleagues and really close friends.Talking about both the girls,troubling and irritating them with my jokes and taunts was fun,but they surely liked me for this only..(girls are like that only,they like what dey dnt like in front of every1...). Sachin is a quiet and nice kind of a person.Himanshu is a fun to be with.Having good sense of humour in his mother language (I guess U.P Style),he makes everyone laugh,will miss u a lot .
5] Shankar Prasad,Sachin Jain: When i saw shankarji i didn't like him at first as he looks those studious kind of a person,the person who works day and night in the office.I always hesitated to test his scripts as whenever i pointed to an issue he use to explain things "hard core technical" style and all i use to do was to watch him and appreciate his belief that i am understanding whatever he is saying....Sachin is very intelligent and quick thinker in his work.Have always appreciated him for his Confidence,Accuracy and Work Pace.

6] Sandeep Vashisht: I remember when i started working on his scripts and asked him any query ,the first thing he use to say was "SOW Padha kya"...and with my head down i use to return to my seat.But as the time progressed we both clicked and all the terror of his was gone and i respected him more than before.Thank you sir for teaching me all the basic corporate rules and things in personel.
7] Vivak Rai: A person i guess with the best attitude in the whole company.The way he has handled things after sudhir sir left and even before when he was not my team's lead,i heard that he was a good lead to work under with.I like the balance he maintains between the personal and professional relations with other employees.Have tried to learn from this quality of yours.
8] Yogendar Kumar: Last but by no means the least,the person who started my career and have made me realized that i am capable of much-much more and will achieve a lot in the near future. Thank you so much sir.
## Well there are also other people in the company with whom i have spend some light moments (Ravindra sir,Madhur sir,Amit sir,Sunil Dabas,Rakesh).
